• Cancellations made 7+ days before your rental: Full refund of your reservation deposit & balance payments.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your rental: No refund — a rider credit or gift card will be issued for future use.
• No-call, no-shows: No refund, no credit.
GROUP & MULTI-VEHICLE RENTALS (2+ Vehicles)
Group reservations require additional planning and hold availability that prevents other bookings. As a result, a stricter cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellations made 14+ days before your rental: Full refund of all reservation deposits & balance payments.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of your rental: All reservation deposits are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of no less than the total deposit amount ($50 per vehicle) will be retained.
• No-call, no-shows: No refund, no credit.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. That's why we've partnered with Sensible Weather to offer a weather refund guarantee for all riders. Weather related cancellations made without Sensible Weather coverage will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.
To be covered, riders must opt into the Sensible Weather guarantee. In some instances (that are out of our control) the Sensible Weather guarantee may not be available. Please visit the Sensible Weather website for details . To add coverage after booking, call us at 469-829-1776.
Weather cancellations made without Sensible Weather coverage will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.
We strongly encourage all riders — especially groups — to add Sensible Weather coverage at the time of booking to protect their reservation.
