Valid Driver's License

Each driver must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. 

• Motorcycle endorsements are NOT required.
• International Driver Licenses ARE accepted
• Temporary, illegible, or clipped licenses are NOT accepted.

Passengers

Passengers must be able to put their feet on the floor board, back against the seat rest, and grab the handle bar.

INDIVIDUAL RENTALS (1 Vehicle)

• Cancellations made 7+ days before your rental: Full refund of your reservation deposit & balance payments.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of your rental: No refund — a rider credit or gift card will be issued for future use.

• No-call, no-shows: No refund, no credit.

GROUP & MULTI-VEHICLE RENTALS (2+ Vehicles)

Group reservations require additional planning and hold availability that prevents other bookings. As a result, a stricter cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before your rental: Full refund of all reservation deposits & balance payments.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of your rental: All reservation deposits are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of no less than the total deposit amount ($50 per vehicle) will be retained.

• No-call, no-shows: No refund, no credit.

Balance Payment Refund Schedule:

• 14+ days prior: Full refund of all balance payments.
• 13–7 days prior: 50% refund.
• 6 days–72 hours prior: 25% refund.
• Less than 72 hours prior: No refund.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. That's why we've partnered with Sensible Weather to offer a weather refund guarantee for all riders. Weather related cancellations made without Sensible Weather coverage will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.

To be covered, riders must opt into the Sensible Weather guarantee. In some instances (that are out of our control) the Sensible Weather guarantee may not be available. Please visit the Sensible Weather website for details.

Weather cancellations made without Sensible Weather coverage will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.

We strongly encourage all riders — especially groups — to add Sensible Weather coverage at the time of booking to protect their reservation.

Payments

To make a reservation, a $50, per Slingshot deposit is required. 

Multi Slingshot Reservations Booked Online: After making your $50 reservation payment, a separate charge reserving the additional Slingshots will be made to your authorized payment method.

Refundable Damage Deposits

Day Rental Refundable Deposit (Per Vehicle):

• $150

If your reservation is extended overnight an additional amount will be required.

Overnight Refundable Deposit (Per Vehicle):

• $300

Deposits are released within 12-24 hours of an acceptable return.
