Damage Waiver Deductible: $750 

• The renter is responsible for any damages to the Slingshot up to the deductible.
• After $750 the damage waiver covers the remaining repair cost. 
• The damage waiver does not cover medical expenses.
• We do not except outside insurance coverage.

The $50 Down Payment (online or over the phone) requires a Bank Card or Payment Application.

• The Deposit can be paid using:
• Credit/Debit Card 
• Apple Pay, Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash
• The Balance can only be paid using Apple Pay, Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash
• A Credit/Debit card will NOT be accepted for payment.

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals 8 hours or more.

Deposits are returned after a complete inspection of the Slingshot and may take 12-24 Hours to be released. 

Each driver must provide a valid driver license and be AT LEAST 21 years of age to rent a Slingshot.

• International Driver Licenses ARE accepted
• Temporary, illegible, or clipped licenses are NOT accepted.

You can save time when returning your Slingshot by prepaying for fuel. Bring the Slingshot back at any level (except empty) and we will refill it for your. 

Purchase a toll pass for your trip. 

Our Slingshots toll usage is monitored daily. Unauthorized Toll use without authorization may result in a $25 administrative fee + toll cost.

Delivery is available for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed even if selected online.

In case of bad weather Dallas Slingshot Rental will attempt to reschedule, provide additional time (when available), or may cancel your reservation & provide a rental credit.

• During Your Trip: If bad weather affects your ride we will work with you to provide the best experience.
• Before Your Trip: We may advise you to reschedule or provide a credit.
